You may wonder what all this hullabaloo means for the average “cuppa Joe”. It seems like right now everyone is losing their minds. What does this mean for the average coffee aficionado?
Starbucks isn’t playing fast and loose with you dollar today. For the time being, you may not fill your own personal cup. This is in the hopes of reducing contact. Starbucks said “It will continue to offer a 10 cent discount to people who bring in a cup” according to CBS NEWS.
If you ask me, I’m all for the quaint gourmet appeal, but there is always something to be said for being prepared. People have stopped going to the gym because of fear, yet Starbucks is saying “we got you fam”. This speaks volumes to their commitment to their customers.
